2. Personal Data We Collect
1. Personal Data refers to any type of information recorded electronically or otherwise relating to an identified or identifiable natural person, excluding information that has been anonymized. We may collect your Personal Data when you use Flsun Products and Services or interact with us. Different types of data will be collected, depending on the service you use and your interactions with us. In some cases, you can choose not to provide such data, but this may prevent us from providing you with corresponding products or services, or we might not be able to respond to or resolve any issue you raise.

For the avoidance of doubt, when providing you with Flsun Products and Services, we may also collect your personal data for statistics purpose, such as website visits, app downloads, and product sales volume, to understand how our products and services are used.   • 4.2 Contact Information. When you purchase or request products or services from Flsun, we collect personal data necessary to process the order. This may include your name, e-mail address, order information, cell phone number, physical address, zip code, country/region and other contact information (if necessary). We may process your physical address in order to send you notices when required by law or to deliver physical goods that you have purchased or requested.
  • 4.3 Permission information. This may include camera permissions, microphone permissions, contacts permissions, location permissions, photo album permissions, read phone & storage permissions (permissions to read storage & write to storage).
  • 4.4 Personal Data that that we collect when you use Flsun Products and Services:
  • 4.5 When you use Flsun products and services, we collect information about your device and how you and your device interact with our products and services. Such information may include:
  • 4.6 Device Information. This may include your device name/model, device serial number and/or other device identifiers that identify your device, device activation time, device operating system, hardware model/version, network connection, crash data, and user settings (e.g., region and language).
  • 4.7 Application information. This may include application version, software identifiers, application operation logs, and application settings (e.g., region and language).
  • 4.8 Usage information. This may include your Internet or network activity data, such as product and service interactions, IP addresses, or browsing information collected via cookies (to learn more, please read our Cookie Policy); print operation data (such as printer control information and printer operation information); performance data and diagnostic data; and other usage data.
  • 4.9 Print Information. This may include G-code data and configuration information in each print job forwarded to the 3D printer, print settings, model images, plate thumbnails for successful printing and display of the 3D model's print information in each Client (“Print Files”), and other information we may store in connection with a print job, including start time, end time, filament consumption, and other relevant information when you turn on the Print History Reprint feature (collectively, “Other Print Information”).
  • 4.10 Printer camera information. This may include pictures or videos from the miniature LIDAR and cavity cameras inside the printer. When you initiate a request for customer support services, we may collect certain printer camera information from you when necessary and with your consent. We collect printer camera information only when you voluntarily provide it, such as when you voluntarily agree to participate in a user experience improvement program for our Flsun series of 3D printers. This data will only be used for permitted purposes and will not be used for any other purpose or shared with any third party without your consent. For the avoidance of doubt, we only provide a transmission channel service when you use live view and/or remote video related features via the built-in or attached camera of our devices, and we do not collect or store any copies of camera pictures or videos.
  • 4.11 Fraud and Abuse Prevention Information. We are required to collect personal data for authentication purposes to prevent fraud and abuse, including data on device trust and complaint records.
5. We may receive personal data about you from third-party sources, including:
  • 5.1 Third Party Account Information. When you use one of your existing Apple, or Google accounts to register for or sign in to one of Flsun's online services, we collect information from the relevant third-party service provider to create your account.

  • 5.3 According to relevant laws and regulations, the collection of your information in the following cases does not require your authorization:
    1. 5.3.1 Those related to national security and national defense security;
    2. 5.3.2 Those related to public safety, public health, and significant public interests;
    3. 5.3.3 Related to crime investigation, prosecution, trial and judgment execution;
    4. 5.3.4 For the purpose of safeguarding the life, property and other significant legitimate rights and interests of the subject of the information or other individuals, but it is difficult to obtain your personal consent;
    5. 5.3.5 You disclose to the public on your own;
    6. 5.3.6 Collected from legitimate publicly disclosed information, such as legitimate news reports, government information disclosure and other channels;
    7. 5.3.7 Necessary for the signing of a contract at your request;
    8. 5.3.8 Necessary for maintaining the safe and stable operation of Flsun services, such as discovering and dealing with product or service failures;
    9. 5.3.9 Necessary for legitimate news reporting;
    10. 5.3.10 Necessary for academic research institutions to conduct statistical or academic research in the public interest, and to de-identify the information contained in the results when providing academic research or descriptive results to the public;

3. How We Use Your Personal Data

  • 11.2 How to exercise it: Flsun does not currently engage in such automated decision-making when providing Flsun products and services.

  • 13.3 When you wish to exercise the rights set out above, we urge you to:

  • 13.5 Provide sufficient information to allow us to verify identity (ensure that the person initiating the request is the data subject himself or herself or someone authorized by him or her).

  • 2.6 To ensure a smooth user experience, Flsun products and services may contain links to third party websites, products and services. We have no control over the third party websites, products and services, but you can choose whether or not to visit these links or share personal data on third party platforms. Flsun also has no control over the privacy or data protection policies of the third parties, so the third parties are not bound by this policy. Please read and refer to the privacy or data protection policies of third parties before sharing or submitting personal data to them.

  • 3.1 In order to provide you with Flsun products and services and fulfill the purposes described in Chapter 3 (How We Use Your Personal Data), we may from time to time share your personal data with and to other third party service providers. This may include:
  • 3.2 Flsun partner program. In the Flsun partner program, we allow resellers to sell our products through their online or offline channels.
  • 3.3 When you order our products through Flsun, the products are usually delivered by the relevant Flsun partner. In order to complete the transaction between you and Flsun, Flsun will process your personal data as a data controller. For more information on how Flsun processes your personal data, please refer to these Flsun's own privacy policies.
  • 3.4 Nonetheless, when you purchase our products through Flsun's online or offline channels, Flsun is still the data controller that processes some of your personal data, including but not limited to account information, device information, application information, or usage information as described in Chapter 3 (How We Use Your Personal Data).
  • 3.5 When you need Flsun to provide customer support services, we will collect your personal data in order to respond to your request. With respect to such personal data, Flsun, as the data controller, will ensure that Flsun processes such data only in accordance with Flsun's instructions.
4. Service Providers or Partners.
  • 4.1 We engage service providers or partners to manage or support certain aspects of our business operations or Flsun's products and services on our behalf. These service providers or partners may be located in the United States or other countries and may provide services such as payment services, customer support, order fulfillment, product delivery, advertising and marketing campaigns, personalization services, technical services, data hosting or customer satisfaction surveys. If the above mentioned technical service providers or partners process your data outside the European Economic Area (EEA), which means that your data may be transferred to a country/region with a lower standard of data protection than that of the European Union, Flsun will take all reasonable measures to ensure an equivalent level of data protection for such personal data.

8. Data Security
1. We are committed to protecting the personal data of our users. We use our best efforts to use certain physical, organizational and technical security measures designed to enhance the integrity and security of the personal data we collect and maintain. We use encryption technology to ensure confidentiality in the transmission and storage of data and implement reliable protection mechanisms to protect data from attacks. We deploy access control mechanisms to prevent unauthorized access to your personal data. In addition, we limit the number of authorized personnel and implement hierarchical rights management based on service requirements and personnel levels.   • 3.5 In addition to the above separately stipulated exemptions, Flsun shall not be liable for any of the following cases:
    1. 3.5.1 Any leakage of personal/corporate information due to your personnel informing others of your user password or sharing your registered account with others.
    2. 3.5.2 Any leakage, loss, theft or tampering of personal/business information due to force majeure caused by computer problems, hacker attacks, computer virus intrusion or attack, temporary closure due to governmental control affecting the normal operation of the network.
9. Children
1. Flsun products and services are not intended for children under the age of 14 or as defined by law in your jurisdiction. We do not knowingly collect personal data from these children.
2. If you are under the age of 14 or the age required by law in your jurisdiction, please do not provide us with any personal data. If we become aware that we have collected personal data from children under the age limit, we will delete it immediately.
